How Much Water A Day Is Enough?

Drink Water Every Day Blog Photo

Have you heard of the Water Gallon Challenge? Drink one gallon a day for one month. Think you can do it? Why do it?

If anything, considering such a task can make us reflect on the science and belief that drinking healthy, pure water can help eliminate fatigue, boost your energy in the morning and throughout the day, and even improve your complexion.

Sound like a chore anymore?

Perhaps sip before you chug: if a gallon’s not your thing, how about 85 ounces of water a day — that’s all it takes for proper hydration, and it doesn’t just have to come from your beverages. There are several delicious, water-rich foods that can help you towards that goal.

We’ll drink to that, and we'll do it with the good stuff — pure natural spring water bottled fresh at the foothills of the Adirondacks.

Cheers to healthy hydration!
